2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 After making succesfull term in marabunta i would like to dominate ghetto again and make this rp more better.If i get leadership i will bring my all my loyal members at past.Also i will bring HCs that very experienced that checks all favoritism stuffs.
2.2 In past terms of Bloods i have seen very spesific activity that i can also continue it.I will make sure that everyone is diciplined that they can be active 7/24.I will make groups contains morning,day and night shift.
2.3 I will appoint very skilled HCs and Deputys aswell for helping newcomers and promote them.If i become leader i will give a lot of bonusses that everyone will attend events for getting bonuses.I will make sure to do 3 FZ raids everyday to equipt my people with all kinds of weapons and armors.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure to appoint spray leaders that they can spray 7/24 and make max profits everyhour.For helping all sprayers we will make sure to go ghetto and help them by dominating ghetto.
3.2 I will make sure to do stores,fzs,hostage situations and etc events everyday and our goal will be win all events and make a history in bloods gang.I will make sure that everyone in gang is a family and i will make sure to not let any kind of conflicts between members.Also we will all check logs 7/24 to not let anyone do favoritism and the consequence will be upto blacklist!
