My connection was lost while I was in the game, then I tried to log in again a few times, but I received the account online error repeatedly. I even opened a technical form because of this error, but I did not receive a sufficient answer. The error continued to repeat, and then I was banned with the anti-cheat code 1010. Please, I request that my ban be lifted. I am open to any kind of control, thank you.
