Rejected Mass Rule Break | FIB

As can be seen in the POV attached that my friends and I were doing a hacker attack, and then 4 FIB people came to the inaccessible roof using a helicopter. I managed to kill one mid-air, but the rest of 3 landed successfully, and later, after firing from both sides, they managed to take me down. It can be seen clearly in the top right corner that they are from FIB.
The rule they broke is ER 1.18

Non of the IDs is visible, especially the Heli Driver + it isnt a FIB Mass Rule Break since you guys started to shoot at them !!
