Background and story for the Family:
David Cartier, owner of a Gun Store, became a well known dealer in the city of Los Santos.
A year later, David reunited with his old loyal friends who had been away from the city and decided to create the Cartier Family with the goal of dominating the city by attacking businesses to climb the families ranking, buying more businesses from citizens or auction, and hiring new members to help the family grow and become more popular for its multicultural community and activity.
Beyond that, the family began hitting high stakes targets such as bank robbery and Mall Attack to generate more income for the family balance.
Cartier is not just a family like the others, its a cartel, structured with its own ranking system, rules, and duties for every member of the family.
David and his Ceos have clear goals and they are ready to do whatever it takes to reach them.

Family Goals:
-Get to top 10.
-Increase allies around the city.
-Daily recruitment of new members.
Family Ranking System:
(1) Associate: Newbie in the family.
(2) Mobster: A stand-up member, able to invite to the family and participate in events.
(3) Hustler: After spending 24 hours within the family, mobsters gets promoted to Hustler rank as they managed to understand all family and server rules, they now also have access to more vehicles + 1 Heli.
(4) Jefe: After spending complete 7 days + showing activity within the family, a Hustler gets promoted to Jefe rank and gets access to Frogger (Ammo Vehicle).
(5) Caporegime: Must supervise ranks below him and hire new people to the family everyday.
(6) Turfer: Must participate in events while being in city..
(7) Counselor: 1st rank considered as High Command, Owner of a private business and/or Leader of an organisation.
(8) Director: The number of Directors is limited, each director is in-charge of some certain tasks such as family cars insurances, warehouse ammo, fam clothes, logs check and family alliances.
(9) CEO: Co-leader who shares the same functions as the leader.
(10) Leader: Leader of the family.
Family Rules:
1- Respect and Help each others.
2-If you join the family and leave without notice you wont be re-invited back.
3- Maintain Friendly Environment with no toxicity.
4- Follow Chain of Command.
5- No Harassment and Racism.
6- No stealing from warehouse and cars.
7- Forbidden to scam any member of the family.
8- No begging for ranks or promotion.
9- Lying/Deceiving of any High command is not allowed.
