2.1)I have gained a lot of experience by being a deputy many times, that is why I feel that I am capable of becoming a leader. When I was a deputy, I handled the whole term well. That is why I feel that I can handle the gang well and I have to make the gangs as dangerous as possible in the city.

Ans: First off, I've been a part of this group before, so I know how things work around here. I’ve seen the ups and downs, and I really believe that if I get the chance to lead, I can tackle a lot of the issues and make it more vibrant.
Secondly, I want to foster a solid team where everyone genuinely enjoys playing together. To me, leadership isn’t just about calling the shots; it’s about creating an atmosphere where everyone feels valued, has a good time, and still adheres to the RP rules.
Lastly, I want our gang to be recognized on the server. Too often, groups just focus on random chaos and shooting, but I’d like to combine action with meaningful RP elements like negotiations, meetings, and roleplay events. That way, we’ll earn respect and be memorable.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans:
1. First and foremost, it’s crucial that members use RP commands like /me, /do, and /try in every situation. Even the smallest details can enhance the RP experience.
2 .Next, I’d organize some training sessions for new members. This would help them understand how to behave during robberies, hostage scenarios, or when interacting with police and rival gangs. It’ll make us appear more professional as a group.
3.Lastly, instead of just engaging in random shootouts, I want our gang to plan more structured activities like events. Doing this will enchanes our RP level and help people take the organization more seriously.

Ans : 2.1) When I came to this world, I became a part of the police force. But there was no brotherhood, no unity. My performance, my leadership style—that's what made me speak. That's how I emerged as High Command, and created my own family. A family where I discovered true brotherhood, true friends. 2.2)Where I walked in, there was nothing but disorder. Everyone was fighting each other, the gang was being struck, there was no solidarity, no loyalty. > worked in many legal orgs like SAHP, LSPD and NG in higher ranks, so I understand how to keep members active, motivated and also follow city rules. I can bring that expirence into Vagos and make it one of the most active gangs in the city.

> I already have past expirence in families like Ballas, Bloods, Marabunta and even Vagos under deputy position. So I know how a gang runs, how to handle members and also how to balance RP with fun.

2.1 I want to Became leader of this specific gang because it is my first gang i join my first organization and first gang is vagos. I was deputy in this gang last term i understand new ways to increase our bonus system with proper permission and now i has deputy experience so i thought im ready to take the leadership of this gang and dominate the fear of Los Santos Vagos in whole city and make good relationships with gangs.

2.2 As i was deputy in Vagos Navjot's term so i know how to handle gang with less warnings or 0 warning and what are different events and on which time they take place how they work i know everything+ have good ideas to handle my term and try to get 100% turf or 100% graffti my main target to achieve 100% turf with 0 warnings and complete the term with 0 warnings and full activity like make ghetto active always, make highway active always with criminal activities.

2.3: I have deputy experience in a successful term so i know how to handle a gang as a head or deputy and i have support from friends most of them are ex leader or deputies so they will help me in making my term most active in city on that time and also i have support from a lot of families and also i have good relationships and friendship across whole city so these guys will help me to do every event with max number.

3.1 for improving roleplay level i have ideas like i will take interview of my high commands which start from 13 with a situation based questions about proper roleplay and also take there 1 practical test they passed it so i allow them to go for highway rob or do hostage situation

3.2 For maintaining roleplay i must lead every event from my gang in my absence my deputy lead the event so no rulebreak can take place and we maintain proper roleplay
