2.1)I have gained a lot of experience by being a deputy many times, that is why I feel that I am capable of becoming a leader. When I was a deputy, I handled the whole term well. That is why I feel that I can handle the gang well and I have to make the gangs as dangerous as possible in the city.

1. First and foremost, it’s crucial that members use RP commands like /me, /do, and /try in every situation. Even the smallest details can enhance the RP experience.
2 .Next, I’d organize some training sessions for new members. This would help them understand how to behave during robberies, hostage scenarios, or when interacting with police and rival gangs. It’ll make us appear more professional as a group.
3.Lastly, instead of just engaging in random shootouts, I want our gang to plan more structured activities like events. Doing this will enchanes our RP level and help people take the organization more seriously.
