Dear Admin, one of our family member (ID: 281206) has withdrawn all money from our family bank account without permission.
This is a clear violation of general rules 6.22 and 1.3 Fraud act.

We request a permanent ban as he did same fraud again and again without fear of the punishment stated in general rules - perma ban.
