But when I reach there they told me that he had some OOC work, so he needed to go so drop the item in our family car trunk and he will transfer money in Family account. So I did same but after sometime he kicked me from family and discord and told me do whatever he dont afraid of any punishment. Whole family is full of scammer, check their logs

As the entire deal/conversation took place via 3rd party software and not any in game method there is insufficient evidence
