1.) Leadership Qualities: I have confidence in my ability to lead and am committed to ensuring the organization continues to run smoothly and successfully. I am able to spot problems early and deal with them effectively. I am able to contribute to the Ballas strong, effective, and well-managed workplace by taking on responsibilities without hesitation because of my abilities.
2.) Making an Impact: I am confident that I can significantly impact the Ballas in my role as leader. My goal is to keep the organization strong and respected. With my experience, strategies, and unique vision, I will lead the Ballas to greater success while ensuring the gang's long-term stability and expansion.
3. Acknowledging Past Errors: I gained knowledge from the errors made by earlier leaders while serving as deputy leader in Marabunta, Families, and Ballas. 1. Strengthening Brotherhood: Put gang affiliations ahead of individual benefit or pressure from law enforcement. I went back multiple times in past terms to help my brothers and close friends through difficult times. In my role as leader, I will make sure that the Ballas put family first at all times, encouraging loyalty and unity in any circumstance.
2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: In the past, leaders did not actively participate in events like NG raids, store robberies, and highway robberies. This frequently led to chaos. In order to directly mentor and support each Ballas member on the field, I will personally attend as many events as I can.
3.) Adequate Recruitment Procedure: A lot of gang leaders accepted new members without conducting adequate background checks. I will employ a fair but strict interview process to guarantee loyalty and high-quality roleplay. New members will only be accepted into the Bloods following a thorough evaluation, ensuring that we are bringing in people who are passionate about and share our mission.
