Soham Raut, a name once a respected name in DOJ grew up with sharp mind and got huge amount of success. Born in India he was raised to be disciplined and hardworking. When he moved to Los Santos with his family he carried all those lesson and pursued him through out his carrer. His brilliant performance pushed him in ranks in DOJ upto Senior State Attorney.
But everything changed after the heated argument with AG, DCJ & SCJ. The clash shook the DOJ and soon after Soham Raut was demoted back to State Attorney and was threatned to get 30days DOJ BL. What was a professional setback became more than a turning point.
The humiliation of losing everything he worked so hard for made realize him how fragile honor and loyalty were.

Soham was in IA and while investigating a casefile he found out a mole in LSPD who was secretly giving intel of every activity to the gangs.
Instead of exposing the mole Soham approached him and the mole showed him the dark side of badge where he saw the moles influence, respect, fear and money.
At first Soham use to do small things like let suspect walk, misplacing a file, but the pull was strong.
But the knowledge of law and experience in DOJ and authority of badge Soham realised he can play both side of badge.
To his teammates he was a loyal cop to underworld he was a hidden ally.
Outcomes:
1- Soham Raut can take bribes upto 100k and the illegal items on the suspect.
2- Soham Raut can deny or lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any kind of identification.
3- Soham Raut can act like criminal. For ex: Go for ghetto clapping, buy or sell illegal stuff (org stuff excluded)
