On consideration Abusing Power | SAHP

Dear Admin,

Yesterday at 22:00 there was a gang raid going on at Vagos. I am employed with SAHP, but at that time I was off duty and driving my personal car.

I happened to drive through the raid area, which only took about 3 seconds, and then I stopped outside of it. After that, the Undersheriff started typing in chat, asking why I came while off duty. I explained that I was standing outside the raid zone and even told him to come and see where I was. He then spoke with the Sheriff over the radio, and afterwards they removed me from the organization without giving me a reason.

I asked several times what the issue was, but they only said I broke a rule without specifying which rule.

I am kindly requesting that they be asked to provide you with a POV of yesterday’s Vagos raid to clarify the situation.

Hello Yavuz you have been kicked cause you did not respond to your radio calls, and you where driving around us the hole time. First you have been meeted with us at the gun store you drived around there then you came with your vehicle inside the zone when we where at a gang raid. You have been kicked cause of your inacitivy and showing no activity at SAHP while u where at the city. And the most important is if you are not able to come dont interrupt the raids. There is no power abuse its your onproffesionalism what made you get kicked.

Hello its Kolin the Under Sheriff of SAHP. The reason you was kicked from SAHP was 1. Not answering radio calls. 2. You cant to a gang raid while off duty. Was sitting outside the area of operations and you even clearly entered the parameter. You was also being disrespectful and sarcastic in radio. So i made a radio call to nate (The sheriff) he saw you at the event while off duty so he decided actions will be taken against you for it as well as disobeying HC orders and ignoring radio calls. So there is a perfectly good reason for you to be fired. You was also told to leave by myself and you disobeyed me

Just tell me how I was supposed to answer you when I was off duty and my radio was off. Even when you typed in the chat, I still answered you but that should be a problem because I was off duty. and btw you guys didnt make my logs how suppose to go on duty if you didnt make my logs and am not interrupt the raid i just drived with my car through the circle and it took 3-7 sec not more and i stopped outside near the beachmarket and is gz it should be no issue with that bcz you thought that i was inside off duty soo i hope that the curators request the bodycam of yours and let the admin decide if it was power abuse or not. thanks in advance

1 How can we make logs when you didnt request them. 2 i did make your logs i made them before the gang raid started as i was doing HR work. Also thats your mistake for answering radio while off duty not me.

i did first role request to get the roles than i will do the log request in that time i just hanging around until i get the roles and logs i answered you on the left eye soo you dont fire bcz of disobeying orders sooo just let the curators decide

Then why did you say, “You guys didnt make my logs” and then you say i was driving around til i get my roles and logs”. Without requesting you wil not recieve. Your words are speaking against you. That shows that you are lack of profesionalism.
