2.1 I would Like to Lead a Gang Like Los Santos this Gang Has not Got any Good Leaders for a Long Time if i take the Lead My Gang Will be Perfect Most active Members and Most Event Conducted and Attended in 1 Day.
2.2 I have done a lot of things in my RP life being in gang, observing many of my friends becoming leader and i they have helped to learn and develop my leadership qualities and shaped my decision-making and team handling skills. I always wanted to be on highest rank in gangs, if I become a leader, leads me to achieving my goals. I known how to maintain discipline, manage turfs, and keep members active in ghetto and engaged.
2.3 I will Make Sure Who Ever Joins the Gang Under my Control will have Proper Knowledge about RP Rules and every thing Required and I have seen other Gangs Members are not Properly Trained to Know All the Rules and it Result to Warning To Gang or Punishment to Gang Members, Who ever will join Will go through Phase of Interview if Someone Fails He can come back after 1-2 days and give back the interview, A Person With Prior Exp will be Hired without an Interview to Join.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I will have Active Graffiti Sprayers 24/7 that will Work and Provide Max Graffiti Profit Every Hour so Every Gang Member Get there Reward.
3.2 My Ghetto Clappers Will Rule Both Sides of Ghetto Beach Ghetto and Main Ghetto our Gang Members Will Clap Rob All of the People Who Even Tries to Roam and Enter Ghetto.
3.3 We Will Not Engage in Any type of Non Realistic RP and will Only Follow and Promote Realistic RP no Rule Breaks will be done.
Goals of LosSantos Vagos
- Paint the Turf Map in Yellow (100% Turf Captures)
- Rule the Ghetto and Be the Hero's of Ghetto.
- No Rule Breaks Will be Done and Will complete the Term without a Single Warning.
