Why is there an armored vechile just driving around like a normal car

+ If he was using radio while fighting it will show a voice icon on his head which represent him speaking,
as well i would like to mention as there is a blackmagic if you use radio in the car or get in the car after usingthe radio and then get out it will stuck you in the radio animation so you gota use the radio agine to get out of it.
