There is no car ram or Vdm here because I came fast and hit him with my car He didnt try to kill him with his car many times in a row He only hit him once with his car

As shown in the POV, ID 214574 purposefully hits the thread owner, as he was not in the road at the time being and shoots him down afterwards makes it intentional.
