2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been playing in gangs throughout most of my RP and PVP life, I tried out many organisations and gangs have always been my home. I truly fell in love with gangs and how to lead in Tommy’s recent Bloods and Ballas terms. We completed 100% in Ballas and were 3 turfs from doing the same in Bloods. I learnt alot from him as a Leader in these 2 terms about leading events and turfing, I’d like to mention I was part of the main turf roster and served as Tommy’s deputy for the last few days of the Bloods term. Most recently, I turfed for the entirety of Efe’s Marabunta term and currently deputy, we again completed 100% here. I want to replicate the same in a term of my own which I believe we will be able to easily do
2. Although I spent most of my time as HC, turfer and deputy in other gangs I have a reason to choose Vagos to be leader of. Vagos rarely has had a good term or numbers. Often times, Vagos disbands or the term continues with minimal activity. I want to change that and lead a term that will inspire people and be remembered for months to come. With my experienced team, I feel this is easily achievable and a challenge I’m willing to take on
3. I am naturally a motivating and caring player who likes to take others under my wing, whether it’s in Arena or helping them in gang and fam activities. I will be able to do that to a greater level as the Leader of Vagos. I will give lower ranking players, otherwise knows as “newbies”, the opportunity to experience new events and activities. I will not be harsh as a Leader but one who encourages players to go out of their comfort zone and prove themselves and being able to slowly handle more responsibilities as the climb the ranks
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will heavily focus on clean recruitment, Vagos naturally has low numbers so we have to be careful that these members are familiar with the rules through interviews and making sure they are above level 10. I will eliminate toxicity internally and externally. We are gangsters but that doesn’t mean you have to always go out and start trouble, there’s a fine line between healthy competition and toxicity. I will make Vagos an enjoyable gang to be apart of by maintaining constant activity for my members and building loyalty to the gang. A reason people don’t want to join Vagos is because they lose events or are robbed, we will change this. We will think of new strats to win events, if we see a member being robbed then we will prioritise to go and help them
Goals this Vagos term!:
- Dominate ghetto and events from day one with high numbers
- 100% in 30 days (as we did in Ballas and Marabunta)
- Hourly spray profits of at least $10.000, maxxing at $11.500
- Proper interviews when inviting members
- Having a gang active at all hours, when I am not here, my deputies will be
