I received a punishment for RDM, but I believe the situation was misunderstood. Here's what actually happened:
At 1:13, when I entered the circle, the other player shot at me first. In response to that, I returned fire.
Additionally, at 01:25, despite me actively shooting, the player did not show any fear for their life they just stood in front of me without any attempt to flee or comply, which is a clear breach of Fear RP. On top of that, the player was provoking me, further escalating the situation.
Given these circumstances, I believe my actions were reactive and not random, and the other party was also breaking RP rules.
