Hello, I am writing about a misunderstanding with anticheat and the blacklist that was given to me a little later after that. First of all, I want to clarify. Until less than 4 days ago, I was playing completely normally on the project without using any illegal things. One day when I was entering the game I saw that I got a ban from Anticheat #112 which says that the ban date is 13.01.2025 20:36 and the IP is blocked. When I noticed that, I immediately sent an unban request on the forum. Administrator Abraham replied that my ID 30920 was not banned at all and that I should try restarting the router several times or contact the internet provider. I tried those options, but it didn't help. After that, I decided to write a new complaint, but this time to the curator of the project because what Abraham told me previously did not help me. In that second appeal, I wrote everything correctly and submitted all the necessary evidence that I have nothing to do with this. Then Lebron Pluxury replied that the appeal was rejected and that my ban was being changed to Blacklisted. I believe that there was a big misunderstanding here and that he thought that I was the cheater because that citer had previously used that IP address that you banned and probably that IP address ended up on my router. During my 3 years of playing on the project I had nothing to do with illegal things and played normally and spent time with my friends and had fun. Also, during my game, I achieved a lot of assets that I worked hard for every day of playing on the project and I really wouldn't want to lose all of that just because of a misunderstanding. I kindly ask you to review the situation in more detail in order to determine what is being done here. I would really like, if necessary, for you to do any kind of computer check for me or something similar, because again I am reminded not to use any cheats or illegal scripts. As you can see in the first complaint, he replied that my id was not banned at all and that I should try the possibilities that were given to me, and in the second one I got a blacklist and if I stated everything as it was, I was not given any reason, and in the first it says that the id was not banned. I think this is an indication that there was an error here.
