1. Leader of: National Guard
2.1 When I first joined the city, I worked hard to become a Guard for the nation. At the National Guard, my duty was to protect the gates and defend the base from gangs trying to steal ammunition. I want to carry this experience forward and ensure the gates and armory are always safe, while also making sure the NG is the first to respond to any backup calls.
2.2 During my previous term in the National Guard, I noticed a lot of favoritism. As a leader, i will make sure that no one is treated as more important than others, also every guard will be equal and receive the same level of respect and opportunities.
2.3 Alot of people look down at National Guard and joke that NG is just for standing at the gates or acting like NPCs. I will prove then wrong by showing that with the right leader and strong units, the National Guard can achieve much more.
3.1 As a leader, i will make sure that the PR (Public Relation) team organizes events and connect with the citizens, so the people understand what the National Guard is truly capable of. I will also make sure the HR team opens at least three recruitment drives per day, keeping NG active, growing, and always ready to be the first responders in the city.
3.2 I will make sure that every Guard is properly trained in all radio codes and rules. In addition, this term I will request the DOJ to allow NG to also process 10-15s, so that Guards can learn the basics of working as both police and military
