2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1 I want to become a Leader of Ballas because, I have even been a Leader of Families and had a succesful term after 3 terms failed, which proves that i can lead an organization in crime side again and i truly want to gain the maximum experience in crime side and get %100 turf as well. I got a good turf team and friends so i can easily lead and finish 2 terms.
2.2 I want to become a Leader of Ballas because i know how gangs usually operate. i can plan operations, defend turfs with my team and help the organization grow stronger and more organized. Being a leader will let me use my tactics to make the gang more powerful and respected between other gangs.
2.3 When I was in events such as store robberies, FZ raids, and clands, lots of people were targetting each other and ruining whole situations. Therefore, i had tried to solve this problem in my Families term and succeed. I am pretty sure that i can also happen the same thing and success again and again. I really want to become the Leader of Ballas.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1 If we make sure that no HC will do favoritism and if they do, we give the necessary punishment, almost everything will be fair in the gang. And also, even though if we warn people not to break rules (for instance: shooting from inside the HQ) and if they break rules, we will give the necessary punishment again so everything could be good as planned.
3.2 Ghetto clapping, attending events, giving good amount of bonuses are the most important things ever because if we attend events, give bonuses, give fair ranks to people then they will think that we do everything fairly and this term could even be the best one they have ever seen.
3.3 I will have very good deputies who can attend all events (including subs) at the time and those deputies will be available at morning as well as night, it will help my term be active all the time and it will increase the activity of the gang for sure. So in conclusion, once my deputies be active, it would especially increase the activity.
