2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I am applying for the position of Chief of Police as I have been worked in the positions of High Commands and in different organization. I have been 28 Rank in SAHP over five terms, LSPD on two different termns and FIB for around three terms. These roles have made me someone who knows both the administrative side of law enforcement and the field side of law enforcement this has made confidence on me to be able to handle both sides of leading the Los Santos Police Department.
• If I get selected as the leader, my vision for LSPD would be to have maximum activity, efficiency, and professionalism. I would gather more efficient and professional law enforcement officers in the city by keeping my units busy with patrolling for controlling the crimes of the city and towing vehicles of illegal parking for the safety of the citizens and the other state organization members. Most importantly, I will look that the citizens will be safe, no illegal vehicles parked, and no criminals in the city and I will always try to keep my officers cheer up.
• I have learned much things from the past leaders that how to be efficient, polite, supportive and careful on the work and i would take responsible Deputies who know the cost of time and management and how a organization works my goal is to make a safe and great city and i would never leave my hopes on my deputies and my officers who will help me to take more terms in future. I will also take care of the Department of training that each and every new officers should get their best training for the Department of Human Resources.
• My leadership will be about balance, order, activities, fairness and rewards. All of the hard-working members will be recognized, and will be rewarded and new members would be on the environment of both learning and growth. I would sincerely look that under my leadership of LSPD. Each and every members make their own names so that every members should get respect from the citizens and every criminals get fear on the members of LSPD.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• Authoritative Leadership - Provide officers with concise guidance and direction in order to always provide them structure and goals.
• Active Engagement - Give everyone an opportunity to attend events and patrols so that LSPD is visible on the entire map.
• Quality Recruitment - Recruit disciplined and serious players that are eager to learn and that do not have a bad history of rule breaking.
• Training & Development - Advance the knowledge of the members regularly to enhance professionalism, confidence, communication, and teamwork.
• Incentives / Opportunities - Reward members that are productive and engaged, but still allow everyone an opportunity to prove themselves.
• Immersive RP - Create events that feel real and immersive to drive that everyone gets enjoyment out of law enforcement RP.
