Dear Administration,

I am writing to request clarification and assistance regarding my ban appeal (GR 1.1 + 1.4). A 6 days ago, Administrator Floki Vilgeroarson
approved my request for a money wipe, but my account remains banned and the wipe has not yet been processed.

I would be grateful if higher staff could review my case and advise on the next steps required to resolve this matter.

I have posted twice on the forum about this topic and I got warnings twice. I don't know why. I ask for help.
