First of all, I think Garib is not a any type of OOC insult I see too many people’s name is Garib than not a mean, this is a OOC INSULT

Upon reviewing the evidence i have decide that
ID 130786 will be punished for RDM.

ID 104783 will not be punished as "Gareeb"is not considered as insult.​
