2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been member of legal organization for a long time, encompassing both EN 2 and EN 3, and i believe that i am qualified enough to lead this organization, i have always been dedicated towards leading an organization even if it was as a deputy or an high command. I am confident that I can manage to lead SAHP very well by selecting perfect individuals to help me. and so we will be able to bring essential services for the citizens.
2. In previous terms of SAHP i have noticed that SAHP was struggling to secure enough units for events and faced issues with activity. i want to ensure that the organization will remain active at all times day and night, all the department will be appointed on the basis of their experience and by their ability to maintain activity. and they should also know how to conduct special operations and should be able to handle stressful situations calmly. the ranks would only be given to those who are experienced and active. and the promotion will be given on the basis of activity and the performance. and to prevent units from being bored and leave the organization we will be hosting events and training sessions.
3. previously having served as deputy chief of police and lt general i am well aware of how to handle and keep an organization active. i will ensure that the Human Resources is doing their work properly and are hiring the perfect individuals that are ready to serve the city and the citizens with all of their will. the one thing i want to change the most is my officers being professional cause in the past few term of any organization the one thing i have noticed the most is that the officers are just fooling around which is fine but when being in a situation an officer should be professional to handle it well. i don't only want to focus on the organization being active but i also want ensure that their is no favouritism by high commands everyone should be treated equally whether they are hc or a trooper and as a leader i will respect everyone equally.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Communication is the most important thing whether its about communicating with your fellow officers or with other orgs.
2. There should be no favouritism in a organization about giving out ranks to your friends and not respecting other officers.
3. Certifications can be very important to create engaging role-playing experience and to prevent boredom.
4. A leader should always have great relations with other leaders as well to operate smoothly.
5. To improve the use of roleplay commands in sahp, /me turns on the CCTV, /me Put/Take The Badge from the Locker ETC.
6. To hold regural checkpoints.
7. To complete term without singel warn or verbal.
