Hello,
I kindly ask you to reconsider my case. I have never used any illegal programs and my record has always been clean. I have always been committed to following all the rules of the game.
I believe the admin made a mistake in judgment. I am ready for any check or test you may request, because I have worked hard to reach this stage. With this ban, all the effort I put in for years would be lost without any valid reason or violation.
I simply did not notice the admin’s message during his call to me. He could have checked my computer and would not have found anything against the rules.
I sincerely hope you review my case again and remove the ban, so that my years of hard work are not wasted unfairly.
