Life Story:
Federal Banks was born in 1995 in Los Santos, and his early life was not ordinary. Among the adversities, she became addicted to drugs at a very young age, but later relocated to Paleto Bay where he worked hard to better himself mentally and financially. Life was not simple gangsters intimidated his house and farm, and even police framed him on false charges. That day, Federal Banks made up his mind that he would also become a cop, but not to abuse authority, but to serve justice. Carrier Story:
Federal Banks started his life as a policeman in SAHP with the guidance of his teacher Speedy Alpha, who was teaching him the laws and regulations of the city. As Master Trooper, he received awards, busted hundreds of criminals, and earned a good reputation. Then he worked in LSPD, upholding traffic laws and fighting city crimes, before he got a promotion in SAHP with more knowledge to work alongside with his friend. His journey then took him to the NG, where he graduated from the position of Private First class to Assistant General, with incredible exposure. Although he briefly joined government service and even pursued the vocation of a 'bad cop,' duty always called him back. Now, with old mates such as Rinkyy and Simba, Federal Banks continues his career as a dedicated Soldier.
Outcomes:
1. Federal Banks can take bribe or weapons from his 10-15 to release him (100k Max).
2. Federal Banks can lie or deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. Federal Banks can buy or sell illegal items in Black Market when off duty (Not org items).
4. Federal Banks can Break Bodycam and smash them up by (/try searches the Bodycam) and if found breaking it by (/do breaks Bodycam) But only twice per situation.
5. Federal Banks can use illegal weapons and drugs when on/off duty.
6. Federal Banks can refuse to show his ID to any civilian or any Leo’s to save his identity while doing corruption
7. Federal Banks can go into Gheeto off Duty and can kill or Rob people with his family members (Not to enter Gang Hq and Not against LEO’S).
