2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I have worked on both the state and criminal sides, so I know how the city really runs. I have served as a deputy and high command in several gangs and led Unofficial Family for over two years. I want to put that experience to work leading a crew that runs tight.
- I plan on forming a team which consists of the best deputies and high commands who will be able to help me operate the gang smoothly and keep the gang super active at all time zones, leading events has always been my thing and I want to put that to test by leading a gang.
- I plan to appoint the best people to control turf and making sure Marabunta maintains a strong presence. At the same time I will stay active in all major events like Clandestine, Battleship, Subs etc to keep the gang engaged and competitive. Being active in the ghetto will be my priority where we will work together to stay in control and dominate rival gangs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Focusing on Quality RP: Instead of just chasing wins or kills I will focus on a more meaningful and fun oriented RP. Whether it is turf, Raids, or robbery, every members regardless of their rank will be encouraged to focus on engaging in proper role play which will help make events memorable for everyone involved.
- Strong Recruitment & Interviews: We will focus on recruiting respectful, serious members. Every applicant will go through proper interviews to make sure they know the rules.
- Active Events: I will make sure the gang participates in events like Gun Store, Store Robberies, FZ Raids, hostage situations. Keeping consistent activity, this will keep everyone engaged and the gang stays competitive.
- Bonus System: Everyone, regardless of rank will earn good bonuses so that all members are rewarded for their effort. At the end of the day, we all are grinding together.
- Enforcing Rules: All rules will be strictly enforced and I will actively monitor the gang along with my deputies to prevent violations. At the same time I will help members improve their RP skills and grow within the gang.
