Rejected Arrest pov request I 197036

I got arrested by the player ID 197036 without providing any lawyer or any of my high commands as a law enforcement officer from SAHP . i am requesting his pov according to SR 5.6 ( LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence).
