2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I have been in this organisation for like 3 terms and I have gained enough experience while serving as Ads Intern to Director of Events. Even I was crowned as Employee of the week for 3 consecutive weeks. I have had the experience as a fresher to the organisation and served as high command, now I am ready to lead this organisation with ease. I know about all the departments in this particular organisation, Ads Dep, Events Dep and News Dep. I have gone through all these departments and gained enough knowledge to maintain them.
- I want to bring more creativity in the city by using LifeInvader as a platform for ads, events and news departments. I think it is the perfect way to make roleplay more fun and engaging for everyone. I have worked as Director of Events and made sure that the citizens were more engaged and entertained and now I want to make this organisation more active and helpful for every citizen. I have hosted many events in the past and now I will host many more fun and unique events every day to keep the city entertained.
- LifeInvader is a media hub of the city and I will ensure that the citizens are aware about everything happening in the city by using the best news reporters to cover every news and present it to the city. And the most important phase of this organisation is Ads Department, I will ensure to keep the Ads board clear every day, whether to be day or night. The HIA department will be more active to hire the best talent in the city to make this organisation to run smoothly. At last, my goal would be to provide the citizens with best of best services and try to hire and train those employees that will make ticket handling very easy and comfortable for the citizens.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organisation.
- ADs Dept: This department is the backbone of LifeInvader since it runs 24/7 and handles all advertisements. As a leader, I will make sure the Ads board never gets overloaded by hiring more hardworking employees for different shifts especially at night time when there are more active citizens in the city. I will also focus on keeping the board clean, reducing incorrect ads to be published in the supervision of professional high commands and rewarding hard working and active employees who maintain high standards.
- Events Dept: The Events Department is all about bringing people together through fun and unique activities. I will make sure fresh and exciting events are held daily to encourage more citizens to participate. This will not only give them the chance to enjoy themselves and win prizes but also increase community engagement and interaction. I have worked hard in this department to keep the city entertained and I will keep working hard to give more to the citizens they deserve.
- News Dept: The News Department plays a key role in keeping citizens informed about everything happening in the city, whether to be a good one or bad news. My main goal for this department will be hiring the skilled and creative reporters who can produce interesting and engaging articles. This will be the way to keep the citizens excited about updates and they will be always curious to read the next exciting story.
- HIA Dept: Since the Human Resources and Internal Affairs have been combined into HIA Department. This department now plays a dual role, first is supporting employees and second maintaining discipline and fairness. I will be focusing on making recruitment more organised with proper training programs, so that the new employees will know their role clearly. And HIA will monitor employee performance, handle complaints and investigate issues when needed.
- Ticket Services: The ticket service department is the one of the most important ways LI connects with clients. I will make sure the tickets are handled quickly and professionally, whether it is day or night. My plan is to train staff so they can solve issues efficiently and keep clients satisfied.
- Employee Advancement: I believe every employee should have the chance to grow if they put in effort. To keep things fair, I will introduce a transparent promotion system where hardworking and consistent members are recognised regularly.
