2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
So, as you can see, I've been in the city for a long time and have had both good and poor leadership, but one thing I've learned is to listen to your friends and family members. I currently have a very open calendar in real life, therefore I'm spending the most of my time in the city, and I wanted to share something with the community. I pondered joining the administrative staff, but I'm not sure if I'm prepared for that level of responsibility and commitment. I'm really interested in LEOs, and I've previously served as governor. However, I like attending events with my friends and members. I don't appreciate being overlooked because of my status, and while I enjoyed government, I feel it's time for me to focus on what I genuinely enjoy, which is FIB.

During my Vagos and Blood leadership, I noticed that when I am the leader and physically present with members at an event. People feel involved, and they become more interested; yet, when in government, all I could do was sit there and give them money, which was insufficient. I perceived a tremendous gap between the leadership team and the members. As a consequence, I like to work in organizations like LSPD, SAHP, and FIB, where I can communicate with my members and make them feel like they are part of my leadership team. Also, I discovered that as a leader, you have no authority until it is given to you by the brothers and sisters in arms. You can only be an effective leader if you have enough people eager to fight with you as a team.

I also have suggestions to make the organization more active and enjoyable for everyone. A notable example is M.E.O.W., which stands for Mission: Entrap Outlaws Worldwide ( Video Link ) . This operation has already been carried out by me and other agents that I have trained under the current leadership, with up to 90% effectiveness in apprehending offenders. A decent summary would be that we contact the wanted individuals and inform them that they have been chosen in a giveaway or an interview, and then we contact other Organization such as Li or EMS to ask them to help us by lure them into a trap where many agents are waiting for a code and will arrest the individual. (Has worked perfectly with the help of Li leadership - A big thanks to them)
Side note: On 16th of August there was more than 20 arrests between bank to the server rest done by this method

Another operation is Operation LS Freedom. where we train undercover officers to act as if they are purchasing illegal firearms or other illegal products. Once the suspect has shown that he is in possession of illegal materials, our teams will move in and arrest him.

A new operation that I've been working on here and there is called Operation Sicko, and its major goal is to assist members grasp their legal rights and laws by practicing on one another. For example, I would send out an undercover operative, whose mission would be to catch him in a way that could be used in court. This will allow us as leaders to observe how our units perform and operate, as well as identify fraudulent officials inside our company. Keep in mind that the units in this experiment have no knowledge of the experiment; he is essentially going in blind.

Finally, I want to be a leader in an organization since it will allow me to meet new people and form new relationships. It would also allow me to aid others by clearing the path for new gamers. It also provides me with a group of people with whom I may have fun and rediscover old feelings. But more crucially, it will allow me to form long-term relationships.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I don't like giving advice, but I can make a suggestion: leaders should study more real-world situations and methods to help their members feel more engaged in the game. Study hostage situations and build game scenarios based on real life tactics; this way, members will not only gain tactical information that will benefit them in game, but also how to manage situations in real life. This helps us enhance our role-playing skills.

Another suggestion that I tell everyone is to consider other people's points of view. During my government term, I needed to follow this advise, which was given to me by a trusted friend. He said that you never know what happens in another person's life. I've learned that even if I'm right in a fight, I still need to consider other people's feelings and situations. You may be wondering how this may help us increase the level of role play. While it will not have a direct effect, it will cause people to be more considerate and respectful of one another, which can improve the role play experience.

Finally, as I said in Section 2, employing an operation like Sicko would allow players to get more experience in the game and identify areas for improvement. Personally, I intend to introduce additional activities that will assist our members learn, enjoy, and increase their RP status in the city. With that said, I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Best regards,
Arian Luciano

Side note: This application was never completely used since I was first blacklisted, which I removed, and then the second time I tried to apply, the admin team had already chosen a leader, so this will be the first time this application gets read. I been also sick for the past week so I didn't really play much but now I feel better and will be back full time.
