1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   - Playing this RP for 1.5 yrs I have decided to Join Admin Team and Give All my Time. I have Gained so much Knowledge about RP considering both state and Crime
   and I have experience of 11 time Deputy in Gangs and 2x Undersheriff in SAHP in EN2 . But Also Knowning about EN3 I am Really adapted to it . And I have done so much RP as a Leo, Gangstar and Citizen but now I really wanna Live like a OOC character I mean Being Admin. I know i was not from EN3 but I know every rules and both state and Crime kindly need a chance to prove my Self.

   1. I am very calmed person and I dont get panic in any hard situation
   
   2. I am very active and hardworking person which can help a lot in Admin Team
   .
   3. I am very mature and can handle every critical situation easily by listiening both side preferences.
   
   4. I have very experience in State and Crime so I can help every citizens by sharing my knowledge.

   :- As per talking to my weekness I cant get rid to any work given to Util i finish it . It is Little waste of time but i am improving it.

   :- I am very active I can Do any task given by my Higher Ups in time and Also I will Try to Solve every issue of Player they are facing in IC and Take the correct action according to the Situation.
