The word he used is a slang, and he didnt shot you even a single bullet so theres no violation of gz 1.1

However, ID 214201 will receive punishment for Random shooting.

FYI: Suspect did not deal any damage. Moreover, the slang was not FL and also said in IC Voice which cannot be considered as rule break.​
