My name is Nova Vision, and I was recently banned from the server for "cheating." I'm writing this appeal because I believe there has been a serious misunderstanding, and I was wrongfully banned.
My connection has been terrible lately. I live in an area with very spotty internet, and I've been getting "connection lost" errors constantly. I'd be in the middle of a mission or a role play scenario, and suddenly I'd get kicked from the server. This has been happening for a while, and it's been incredibly frustrating.
I believe this is what led to my ban. The server's anti-cheat system must have detected my constant disconnections as something suspicious, maybe a "teleport" or something similar, and flagged it as cheating. I can assure you, it was just my awful internet giving out. My game was lagging so badly that it probably looked like I was exploiting the game.
I also understand that during the PC check, it was found that my computer was reset a few days before my ban. I'm worried that you're seeing this as a sign of guilt—that I reset my PC to try and hide cheat files. I want to be absolutely clear: that is not the case.
I reset my computer to try and fix the very internet issues that led to my ban in the first place. I was trying every possible solution I could think of to stop these constant disconnects. My thought process was that it might be a software issue on my end, so a full reset seemed like the most logical, albeit drastic, step. I have no cheat software on my computer, and I never have. I'm just a regular player who's been hit with a string of bad luck and even worse internet.
I love this community and the role play we've built, and I'd be heartbroken to lose access to it over a technical issue that's completely out of my control. I'm begging you to please reconsider my case and unban me. I'm willing to provide any logs or information that you need to prove my innocence.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
