2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

I want to become the Leader of Vagos because I’ve spent a lot of time in gang roleplay on Grand RP and gained plenty of experience. Being part of High Command taught me how to manage people, organize operations, and handle tough situations, which I feel has prepared me to step up as a leader.


Vagos means a lot to me because it was the first gang I ever joined when I came to the city. The people here helped me in my early days, and that support stuck with me. Since then, I’ve always preferred Vagos over any other gang. That loyalty is what pushes me to now take the responsibility of leading it.


I believe I can keep the gang organized and disciplined, while also making sure it’s fun and active for everyone involved. With the experience I already have and the dedication I bring, I’m confident I can take Vagos to the next level, build its reputation, and make it one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the city.

As Leader, I will make sure that only trusted and capable people are given High Command positions. I want my High Command to be made up of members who can handle gang events, hostage situations, store robberies, gun stores, and all kinds of challenges confidently. Since I’ve played on EN servers for a long time, I already know many reliable people who can support me and help Vagos provide the best roleplay experience—not only for our members but also for the Legal Organizations we interact with.


I will also ensure that every new member who joins the gang fully understands the server rules and regulations before becoming part of us. For me, quality roleplay comes first, so me and my High Command will never break server regulations. We will always give our 100% to make the gang both fun and respected, while keeping everything within proper RP standards.

2.1)I have gained a lot of experience by being a deputy many times, that is why I feel that I am capable of becoming a leader. When I was a deputy, I handled the whole term well. That is why I feel that I can handle the gang well and I have to make the gangs as dangerous as possible in the city.
2.2)I started my journey with Vagos gang, that's why I am applying for Vagos and its HQ is also very good, Vagos is good in all things and I have a plan to plant solars inside Vagos HQ, so that my gang members get more and good bonuses and they themselves attend all the events.

3.2) I will hire good HC and experienced deputies who have enough knowledge about events so they can handle any situation and keep the gang active.
3.3) I will make sure that every newcomer in the gang has basic knowledge about ghetto rules and event rules, ensuring there is good RP.
3.4) Under my leadership, I will ensure that everyone is treated equally, and no one will receive a rank they do not deserve, nor will anyone be stuck on a lower rank if they deserve a higher one.
3.5) I will make sure Vagos are active in the ghetto and in events so that our gang stands out and people develop a fear of Vagos.
