2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

• I have been high command of state organisations and I know how to handle
the duties and responsibilities of leadership, and I look forward to bringing that experience to the NG General position. My vision is to assist and guide people while improving RP, and have good relations with everyone.

• when i become general i will make sure that i am having good relations with all state organisation and help them in there Special operations. My Goal will be to make NG the best org keep the Base safe and make more RP i will build good RP.

• I will make NG Active army, disciplined and no toxicity will be tolerated. I will ensure that all the Spec Ops are getting done and keep the gates guarded on gate timings. As general no power abuse will be tolerated people will get the ranks that theh deserve no biased things will happen in my term.

1. Advice for improving Roleplay in the National Guard:

• Recruiting & Training: Will hire the best HR department and let them know that hiring isn’t just taking documents it’s about how you train people see there progress and help them to be a good solider.

• Training and drills: We have a vast area for practicing will make sure that our solider are doing training everyday and also i will make a proposal to other state orgs that there officers can come here and get trained.

Promotion ceremony: IA department will keep an eye on activity and on based that there will be weekly promotion ceremony the deserving one’s get pormoted.

Supervise Solider’s: I have the best deputies in my mind and will make sure that all army is under the best supervision and everyone should fullfill there duties.
