2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1 — Keep FIB the top legal organization & develop people:
I want to lead FIB to continue improving and maintain its position as the city’s top legal organization, serving as a role model for every officer and agent. I have served in FIB across many terms and witnessed the professionalism, dedication, and positive working environment of its agents. FIB stands out in Los Santos for protecting citizens, serving the community, and investigating crimes, and I want to ensure it stays that way. I have a strong ability to identify who needs guidance, training, and support, and my HR experience helps me focus on improving agents’ skills, work ethic, and motivation.
Reason 2 — Experience, discipline, and protecting the city:
I believe FIB is at the top of the law enforcement chain, and my experience, commitment, loyalty, and discipline make me the right candidate to lead it. I want to ensure everyone follows the law, protect citizens from gangs and criminals, secure dangerous areas, detain and investigate offenders, and collect evidence to prevent future incidents. I will also strengthen counter-terrorism efforts and ensure FIB is represented professionally at all events, leading by example.
Reason 3 — Build a family and train the next generation:
FIB is like a family, and I want to ensure everyone feels welcomed, included, and appreciated. I will focus on training junior agents to become the best FIB agents the city has ever seen. If FIB is the top organization, it must provide in-house training instead of only taking fully trained agents from other organizations. FIB should teach proper arrest procedures, evidence handling, inter-organization cooperation, courtroom/DOC protocols, and professional conduct — and I will make sure this happens.

3. My advice for improving RolePlay (RP) in the organization
- Regular RP reminders & zero tolerance for OOC: Even experienced agents can sometimes act OOC during RP. Therefore, periodic reminder meetings will be held. OOC conversations during RP are strictly prohibited; anyone who violates this will be taken aside and disciplined if it happens again. This ensures that both new and experienced agents adhere to RP standards.
- Uniform & professionalism: All agents, whether new or experienced, must follow uniform and dress code rules. Even undercover agents must remain professional; oversized hats, masks, or unrealistic outfits are not allowed. Seriousness must be maintained in both uniformed and undercover roles.
- Raids & Evidence quality: All raids will have evidence properly documented, and reports will be checked by HR/IA. Raids must produce meaningful RP results; they are not just for “loot” or gameplay purposes, but rather to deepen RP and drive story-focused outcomes.
