Personal Information
1. Leader of:
San Andreas National Guard (SANG)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I desire to lead SANG because I have an immense passion for military-style roleplay and well-disciplined organizations. My experience through different law enforcement and governmental structures in the city has developed my leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities. I firmly believe SANG is among the most important institutions responsible for maintaining order and protecting the state.
I am inspired to restore order, professionalism, and activity to SANG so that each soldier feels appreciated and prepared to deal with both military and emergency scenarios. My leadership style is built on discipline, cooperation, and respect. I am confident that I can maintain the honor of the National Guard and offer the city a robust, dependable military.
3. Your experience as a leader (IC & OOC):
• Served at Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) as a senior officer, where I acquired experience in running departments, commanding operations, and coping with crisis situations.
• Served with San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), emphasizing law enforcement on highways, managing patrolling, and maintaining discipline.
• Participated energetically in Federal Investigation Department (FID) roleplay, where I acquired information about intelligence, strategy, and inter-department coordination.
• In my previous organizations, I regularly trained new recruits, oversaw divisions, and developed new procedures for efficiency and teamwork.
These experiences have instilled in me confidence that I am capable of operating SANG with discipline and imagination.
4. What are your aims for SANG during your command?
• Professional Training: Develop a sound training program for cadets and officers, involving combat training, tactical coordination, and emergency response.
• Active Divisions: Create and enhance divisions like Internal Affairs, Airborne Unit, SWAT/Heavy Weapons, and Human Resources.
• Increased Roleplay: Conduct regular military exercises, checkpoints, convoy escorts, and inter-department training with LSPD, FIB, and SAHP.
• Community Interaction: Make sure civilians view the National Guard as friendly but strict, gaining their trust in our presence.
• Discipline & Respect: Implement a disciplined but honest chain of command where soldiers learn responsibility and professionalism.
5. Recommendations to enhance SANG roleplay:
•Weekly training schedules with compulsory attendance for ranks in order to maintain high activity.
•Cross-organization activities (e.g., cooperative hostage rescue, city lockdown exercises, and border security missions).
•Create a Recruitment & Public Relations team to recruit new members and make the National Guard more prominent in the city.
•A reward system for devoted soldiers (promotions, commendations, medals).
6. Events/Activities I will organize:
• Civilian Parades & Demonstrations to publicly demonstrate our strength and discipline.
• War Simulation Exercises with other groups (controlled RP combat).
• Checkpoints & Convoy throughout San Andreas for roleplay depth as well as law enforcement assistance.
• Training Camps for fresh recruits to try out endurance, camaraderie, and loyalty.
I am determined to transform SANG into a very active, valued, and disciplined organization. Having my experience, leadership attitude, and commitment, I am confident that I can maintain the honor of the National Guard and serve as an example to all the members of the city.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Black Fedora
