Additional information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) First reason to become the leader Federal Investigation Bureau is my overall experience in
state organization.I served multiple time in Federal Investigation Bureau and State organization. My
First time in FIB Was in Mike White term then i passed multiple term in FIB. After gaining this much
experience im really dedicated to lead Federal Investigation Bureau.
2.2) Last few term i saw that FIB is working like a Gang no coordination with other ORGs and it was very toxic, In my term i will make sure that the FIB will be very friendly to the citizens and to the other Orgs members
2.3) During my time in the city, I have lead the LSPD through one of its most successful terms, but I’ve now decided to dedicate myself to long-term state leadership with consistency and focus. My mission is to take the fight directly to criminals and bring true peace back to the streets and communities of Los Santos.
2.4) Under my leadership, professionalism will be non-negotiable. Misconduct will not be tolerated membership in FIB is a privilege, not a right. Every agent must prove their value to remain in the organization. Ranks will not be handed out based on past titles or history; they will be earned through effort, contribution, and commitment to the mission.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) Compared to previous leadership, there is one key difference. Assistant Directors and Department Heads are selected based on professional competence and proven work, not on friendships with high ranking figures. A certain level of trust is still required, but this should already exist through the long tenure at FIB that is mandatory for such a position. “An organization is only as strong as the hand that leads it.” This principle guided the choice of my leadership team.
3.2) Currently, disrespect by agents toward citizens is the norm. Even when complaints are filed, they are often ignored or weakly sanctioned. We will defend our agents, but only when their actions are justified.
3.3) After their training rank, they is Junior Agent 1. They have to give a exam to get their FA 1 rank in the exam it will cover some of the very important IC rules and event rules questions
3.4) I will be adding a new department that is The Public Integrity & Internal Affairs Division (PIA) will be a new specialized unit within the Federal Investigation Bureau. PIA will focus on upholding the discipline, equity, and professionalism within the internal workings of all state institutions. PIA’s objective will be to detect, probe, and resolve all forms of malpractices like corruption, abuse of power, and discrimination within and across government agencies, including the FIB.
