2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 After already being a leader twice before I want the opportunity to become a leader once again to achieve the goals that I wasnt able to achieve in my previous gang terms and also try to make this term one of the best bloods term with a lot of activity and RP.
2.2 One of the most gang ive been in as a member is actually Bloods and i have had a lot of fun being while also meeting alot of people and making new friends. Bloods is by far one of the most orgs i have enjoyed being in and would love to be the leader of the organization.
2.3 I want to enhance the RP in criminal organizations and make the organization a friendly community. Still to this day in gangs there is alot of continious toxicity between members which leads to huge fights between members of the organization which demotivates the members because of the toxic environment. Im also inspired to become a leader again because of Tommy Lavie after seeing the way he leads gangs and keeps everything friendly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Doing events involving all organizations to let the members RP
3.2 Being active in events and doing alot of events that involve RP such as Store Robberies, Fort Zancudo raids and etc..
3.3 Fixing the issue with favoritism and treating everyone fairly (Even in my previous terms i never tolerated favoritism or faced any issues regarding this matter and treated everyone fairly)
3.4 Motivating members to do events by paying bonuses so they get motivated since they will have a reward they will get after participating in events.
3.5 Maintaining stable grafitti profits and an active spray team.
3.6 Being active in the ghetto and taking over the ghetto.
3.7 Having active deputies when the leader is not available to keep the organization alive and doing events to keep the RP alive in the organizaiton.
