During arrest of a wanted criminal (tracked down via PDA), the 10-15 we had in custody has requested for a private attorney to be present.

So as per the procedure for detention and arrests act (article 4.8) specifically, which states that when a 10-15 requests a private attorney the arresting officer must allow the 10-15 to contact their private attorney or supply us with the number. (Meaning we must take them out of cuffs)

At the point of doing so most 10-15s are abusing the fact they are out of cuffs and commiting GR6.2. (The punishment doesn't seem to deter, 3 times in an hour timeframe tonight this has happened. I feel like this law is becoming a serious IC issue and ruining the RP content we're all here to enjoy.
