Make everyone feel welcome and foster a friendly, non-toxic environment. Create opportunities for roleplay at events and with bonuses to encourage it, along with fair leadership. Regularly hold events like store robberies, hostage situations, and FZ/gang raids, and show members how to do them the right way. Bring in experienced high-command to mentor, guide, and fairly manage rank through game and roleplaying experience. Hold regular training/informative sessions, maintain organized events, and have ranks to be able to run the gang sufficiently and not on pure game rules. Make sure promotions are earned and not given out randomly. Keep The Ballas feared and respected but in all good RP.

Goals as Leader 100% control of turf. The most active and organized gang in the city. Graffiti runs every hour to build our presence. I want to become the leader of an illegal organization because the first time I joined this project, I played the role of a gangster in the Families (high command) , which, to me, is the best term to play in this city. Now, I'm applying to be the leader of Ballas because I have many ideas I could implement if I were to become the leader.

2 . I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang, especially since I have a lot of memories with this gang in the history of GTA, they are the most active gang in the mode history of GTA , and they always participate in ghetto clap .

3 . I love ballas HQ, for me ballas HQ is the best HQ because if someone wants to kill us or any gang wants to attack us they can come right at us and they only have one way to come from, so we can protect our HQ easily.

4 . I've participated in the Capital Attack twice (once as a gangster with the families, and we won. And again with Vib, and we protected the governor) so now I want to play it as a leader and to be most near from that rp situation .

I desire to be the leader of Ballas because, in my opinion, my experience and vision qualify me to lead this gang. Throughout my experience within the city, I have been Deputy three times, of which one of those times was within Ballas itself. The positions equipped me with excellent leadership experience - ranging from having the members organized and handling conflicts to operating planning and keeping the gang busy. Being Deputy experienced me into being a leader, and now I'm ready to move into being a leader. Ballas has always been about than a gang to me. It's about loyalty, power, and history. Being already within the ranks of the leadership here, I know how Ballas runs, why Ballas is powerful, and how Ballas can get better. My experience with Ballas gives me loyalty to the gang and knowledge on how to improve Ballas even further.

Building a 24/7 crew
A good leader is nothing without a strong team. I’ll make sure Ballas has Deputies covering both day and night, so the organization is always active. No matter the time, we’ll be making moves, earning money, and showing presence.

Goals and growth

More Interaction with LEOs – plan high-stakes heists, store robberies, and hostage situations to keep the streets alive.

Ghetto Action – I desire the ghetto kept busy and alive through frequent wars, shootouts, and street battles between our gangs and rival gangs. What the above not only makes the area more realistic but also provides our members the thrill and thrill of actual gang life. Busy ghetto presence will demonstrate the strength and dominance of the Ballas at all times.

2.1 As its been a long time in city i hope that i have that credibility and the knowledge to lead a gang in a proper way. Because of my ambition to rule the streets of Los Santos I think being the leader of the ballas is the best way to achieve it.

2.2 . Spending a lot time in the streets of los santos and being gaining the popularity and knowing others I know have a great influence over people also great turfer team through which I can ensure of capturing all the territories which will help a lot to maintain a legacy and a name in the city and also a great group of gangsters to destroy the sleep of leos. I want to make everyone feel welcome and create a friendly, non-toxic environment. I’ll encourage roleplay by giving bonuses and hosting events that make it fun and active. I plan to run the gang with fair and strong leadership.
