2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the Leader of FIB because I've great leadership qualities and having strong interest in law enforcement officers (LEOs). I want to serve the los Santos as the Director of FIB and make them feel safe in the city.
Secondly I've good experience in the term of Anvy Verlice, Fred Hoffman, Aly spectre, etc even in other legal orgs like SAHP / LSPD / GOV. Successfully did the crucial and high risk arrests while being undercover officer. Did so many gang raids and successfully taken over the store robberies with our guys without breaking the rules .
Following chain of commands and respecting all HCs I got so much knowledge of everything and now I want to be Director to take that experience too..
Lastly I've great decision making and conflict solving skills. I can tackle many hostage situation where there is threat of our lives. I can plan each and everything that require to take over on the store robberies, etc. If conflicts between our employees are happening I can tackle them politely explain each and everything and warn them not to do that things again. Everyone will be expected to act professionally.

1. Making "The Best" Criminal Investigation Department (CID):-
Making one of the Most Demanded Department in FIB the best Department. As everyone know that Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Carry Outs the risky Evidences collections, Undercover busts, etc. For This department I'll Hire the best and experienced people as Chief Of Staff, Hod's, DHOD's, etc. Ill issue the great bonuses from my side to the employee did more than 50 arrests while being Undercover and Most Valid evidence taken against gangs. For CID Trainees I'll make sure that they are getting trained perfectly and using IC commands, Drone, etc properly.
2. Work on Other Departments:-
I'll make sure that each and every department is working properly. For Human Resources (HR) I'll check that each and every HR who hired any employee in the organization have the perfect knowledge of basic server rules. Will make question sheets for HRs and make sure that each and every HR should Follow that. For Internal Affairs (IA) I'll check the guy who is hired or needs to be Hired in IA department have past experience in IA or if he newly wants to come I'll Provide him best training in IA even same for Other Departments too. IA is must for checking every Agents background, licenses, personal trunks, organization trunks to maintain safety in the organization. For Special Operation Force (Spec Ops) I'll hire the people who is Good in Shooting and quick responsive. The Department must have to be Active and quick responsive when the Global Reinforcements Drops like Protecting Fort Zancudo Base, store robberies, etc.
3. For OO Agent and OO Handlers:-
As OO is considered to be the most Secure and highly active Agents of the Organization here are my Opinions for Hiring or Choosing OO agents.
i. Small Interview for that guy who wants to be OO agent (My presence is must).
ii. Compulsary weekly and Daily tasks for OO agents. (IF not completed Strike or Demotion will be issued).
iii. Making sure that OO Agent Provides most Valid Evidences.
iv. Special Bonus system for OO Handlers and OO Agents.
4. Awarding the Most Active Guy of FIB:-
For this I'll make Bonus system from My side so the Agents should be more active in the organization.
