Due to game crash i got freeze so i got code after restarting my pc you can check admin and if you have any doubt I am ready for my pc check

First of all, the forum owner is clearly Power Gaming at Timestamp 0:32 by tazing the suspect while the car mirrors are still intact, which is not possible and should be punished.
Secondly, if you were unable to pull the suspect out of the vehicle (as seen in the POV), it’s very likely that he was experiencing game issues. The admin should also request the extended POV from the forum owner, because I strongly believe the suspect had Code A, as he wasn’t taking any damage despite being shot and couldn’t be pulled out of the car.

He had done many rule break like -cuff and drag without saying i going cuff, drag and even he take me in vehicle forcefully, can you please ask him full pov from arresting process

Reason is your POV as It’s clear from your own POV that you were unable to drop him out of the vehicle before you started shooting, which strongly suggests that he was having game-related issues. That does not automatically mean he was using cheats.

My game got frezze and i wait many minutes to get unfreeze but it not happen then i restart my pc did you understand now is a Black Magic
