2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1: Firstly, I wanna become a leader of this organization because I've been in gangs as high command and Unofficial Organization leader(EN2) and deputy(EN1) for a long time. I like The Families especially because I had many experiences there.
2.2: Secondly, with my family and my deputies we will make The Families stronger as its former strenght which lost in these times compared to other gangs. We will dominate ghetto, events(FZ raid, Battleship, Clandestine) because I trust my squad they are so good about at organizing illegal events, shooting and playing together as family and I trust that we will be stronger and big organization with my team.
2.3: Finally, With these experiences and a strong deputy team, I believe that we will make great and The Families again!

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We will teach the members the rules and make sure they're capable being in this gang and if they're not we will issue strikes and warnings. Also, improving the rp also counter a lot of difficulties but the ranks for people who earned it and not because you know them will make the respect a lot more in the gangs.
