Was hanging around, watching them. They had money printer but I wasnt going for it nor did I give demands.

I thought they shot the medic so I came to see, and they shot me. No demands given, no aggression.


I previously was running away from a guy who tried to ram into my vehicle and vdm me near that road, so I turned on POV but it was too late to catch it.

This is not RDM as you did not die. But the main rejection reason is that the POV clearly does not show the full situation, your tire tracks show you already drove up to them before the POV even started, clearly attempting to show an incomplete picture to us.
