2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 First reason to become the leader Los Santos Police Department is my overall experience in state organization.I served multiple time in Los Santos Police Department and State organization.After gaining this much experience im really dedicated to lead Los Santos Police Department. LSPD is the once which attend all the criminal acitivity which are happend in the city and it is the once who is responisble for every crime that happend in the city. I think LSPD is the core branch of city.
2.2 My second reason is I have well connection with ex leaders who have leaded best terms and they
inspired me a lot to lead this organiztion .The LSPD has some of the hardest-work in the city, and I want to be in a position to recognize their efforts, guide them through get out from high-pressure situations, and give them the good bonuses which help them to be work with full dedication. A united and motivated force make a city out from crime.
2.3 In my leadership ill remove all types of corruption and favoritism from the organization and all
deserving and experienced person will get HC in my term. Also i have many plan to improve the rp within
the organization .Ill conduct interview for high commands myself before allotting them HC rank becuase as we know that rank 28 and 27 are the most important rank in the organization. I believe the LSPD should be in a vital role of professionalism and responsiveness in every aspect of our work.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Ill conduct event with citizens and even with my officers to improve the rp.
3.2 I have plan to make our hrt 24/7 active so im taking day and night time hcs so they can make sure 24/7 recruitment.
3.3 I will provide good bonuses.
3.4 I Will make sure that any kind of favourtism does not take place in my term.
