Dear Lebron,

I was recently blacklisted out of the blue and was never told a reason for it...was a respected and kind player towards all and never received any rule breaks that went against the rule...i have high respects for grand and would like to I continue playing this in my free time...I kindly request u to look into this or at least tell me the reason for my blacklist since i haven't done any rule breaks....
