Leader of Emergency medical services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1. Passion and Experience:
First organization i ever joined in city was EMS and since that time I developed a strong attachment towards EMS. I am really excited about the very concept of assisting people and it actually gives me the inspiration to offer medical help in difficult situations.[ am happy and proud with each call, each rescue and each successful treatment.
I have witnessed the extent to which EMS has influenced the city in general, not only by the number of geople they saved, but also as a beacon of hope to our beloved city. is is why I want to become a leader. Given a chance to lead with full authority, I would commit myselato the enhancement of training, professional work and collaboration. I would strive to make EMS where it really belongs to be afcourse at the very top, one of the most respected and trusted organizations in the city.
Reason 2. Vision for Growth and Improvement:
One of the very main reasons I want to become the leader of EMS is that during my previous terms i have often seen that the HRT department is lacking in certain areas.
The FTOs are doing their best there's no doubt about that but I really think there are several places that needs improvement. I really think, the FTOs are the backbone of EMS because they shape the future of the organization. If I become the leader, I will have the authority to make the necessary changes. I would like to enhance the scope of training as the current one is insufficient.
Reason 3.
I am inspired and motivated by our former Chief and Deputy. Their hard work, dedication, and leadership have encouraged me to start this journey of leading and serving. I hope to follow their example and make a positive difference.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I believe that improving the overall quality of roleplay within EMS is one of the most important goals for the future. Events like blood donation camps are already great examples of great medical RolePlay, but I want to take it even further. For a better roleplay experience, I would want to introduce Therapy Sessions for citizens who may be experiencing stress or difficulties in their daily lives. A state wave will inform citizens that EMS is here to support their mental well-being. Professional psychologists and therapists will be available to provide counseling and guidance. The sessions will be interactive to provide citizens a safe space to talk about their troubles, receive support, and improve their mental health. EMS is committed to helping you heal, talk, and cope because your well-being matters.
