2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. To bring back structure, discipline, and respect

I’ve spent a lot of time in LSPD and other Legal Organisations and have seen both its strong points and the areas that need improvement. I want to bring back a proper structure where every officer understands their role, follows procedures, and feels confident in what they’re doing. My goal is to make LSPD a department that earns respect from both citizens and other organizations. That means clear leadership, fair decisions, and consistent standards for everyone. No favoritism, no confusion, just teamwork and professionalism.

2. To improve the quality of police RP and make it enjoyable

Right now, a lot of players see LSPD as just another job patrol, respond, repeat. I want to change that mindset. I want officers to enjoy their shifts, interact properly with civilians, and create realistic and fun RP moments. I plan to organize proper training sessions, patrol routes, and events that make being in LSPD something people actually look forward to. When police RP feels natural and creative, it makes the whole city’s experience better.

3. To build a strong, active, and motivated team
A good department depends on good people. I want to focus on rewarding activity, loyalty, and effort. Officers who work hard and show dedication will get the recognition and promotion they deserve. I also want to help new recruits feel welcome and supported, so they can learn and grow instead of burning out or quitting early. My main goal is to have a department where people respect each other, communicate well, and take pride in wearing the LSPD badge.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

1) Fairplay
Everyone in the department should get an equal chance to grow and prove themselves. I’ll make sure promotions and opportunities are based on activity, attitude, and performance and not favoritism. No one gets special treatment, every officer will have a fair chance to show what they can do and move up through hard work and dedication.


2) Bonuses and Motivation
Bonuses are a great way to keep officers active and motivated. I’ll make sure bonuses are given fairly based on effort, performance, and how active someone is. Each department will have different tasks and bonus systems so officers can pick where they fit best and feel rewarded for the work they put in. This also helps attract old members and new recruits to join us.

3) Strong and Organized Departments
Each department will have the best possible Command members such as Chiefs of Staff and Commanders who actually guide and support their teams. Departments will get weekly goals to keep things active, and those who perform well will be rewarded. This system will help everyone improve their RP and teamwork.

4) Fair Ranking System
Ranks will be earned, not handed out. Everyone even former officers will go through basic interviews and prove themselves before getting a position. Promotions will depend on effort, activity, and discipline. The chain of command will be respected by everyone, making sure the department runs smoothly.

5) Good Communication
Communication between high command and lower ranks is key. I’ll make sure every officer can reach out and get help when needed. No one gets ignored. We’ll build a healthy environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and motivated to work harder. With fair chances, good rewards, and proper communication, LSPD can become the most active and respected org in the city.
