2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I want to become the Leader of Bloods Street Gang as when I came in City of Los Santos, My first gang was Bloods and i served a good time with it. At that time, I was new and i didnot know too much rules as the time passed and as i was doing Situations I got evreything and now i am in the position that I can hold Bloods with Total Power and will make the Bloods again the Powerful gang in Ghetto and everyone remember that a Leader of Bloods named as Ghost Blade came.
- I moved from en2 city here and I was Under Deputy of all gangs many times and when i came here I also got Under Deputy. I server Good time with Gangs. I have a Power to solve every issue with very calm mind. In my Last Org I spent good time and didnot get any warn.
- I want Leadership because I have no toxicity. Everyone know me in good manners as I spent good times with them even Gang Leaders also said that You are a good and very calm and patience having member. I nerver denied request of my higherups. I learnt all rules before this and Now i am in position that i can take term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will bring a Good level of Dealing in my Organization as Who breaks any rules first of all he will get punishment from admins than he will get punishment from me as Leader Because I dont want those peoples who dont know How to do RP these Players are only come to get the org in Trouble as in my expirence.
- I will make sure that no one will be Toxic in my term as i also Dislike the Toxicity because I am a very calm and Silent minded Person.
- I will add Good Bonuses so that everyone come and engage with RP and will make the Term very active and The Bloods will again achieve the name of The Real Gangsters in Ghetto and in Legal Orgainzation's minds.
- I will make sure that no favoritism in my term as inviting Friends on Highcommand without a proper interview will be Prohibited and he will get Punishment.
- I will add a Team that who will Train new players who joined as their First Gang and after the training they will never do a mistake.
- Last Line ==> Everyone will Remember that a Leader named as Ghost Blade came and Leos were Scared to take his name and they get scare to attend that event in which Bloods Participate. They even Scare to do Raid on Bloods even after getting Evidence. I will make a Good Relation with Curators.
