-> Since the day I arrived in the city, I have been involved in gang life. I live and survive in the ghetto. Through my journey, I have much experience in illegal roleplay and I have also understand the rules of the city. My dedication make me confident that I am ready to take the leadership of the Blood Street Gang.
-> As a leader, my goal is to make the gang top one in the ghetto. I will ensure every member follows rules and do RP in proper comms. I plan to organize regular turf attacks, graffiti spraying, and events to keep activity high on activity. I will focus on strong teamwork, improved communication, and recruiting players who know the rules very well.
-> I will make sure the gang runs with proper discipline, fair leadership, and no toxicity. Any member that breaks rules will be guided or kicked from the gang to keep our reputation well. I will create an organized system for ranks, bonuses, and daily events so every member has interest and reason to stay active in the gang.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve gang RP experience, i will focus on making a good recruiting system becuase i see in the gang before many of member are invited just directly without any interview and those member will break rules in the gang and in result gang warns i will avoid these mistakes, and the other thing i will make a fair and good bonus system for every event, this will make member interest in joining gang events.
